Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana is a scheme launched by the government in India with the objective of providing affordable housing in urban and rural areas. Under this scheme first time home buyers are given CLSS or Credit Linked Subsidy. The maximum subsidy can be up to Rs 2.67 lakh. This is a scheme sponsored by the Central Government. You will be able to avail the benefit of this scheme till March 31, 2021. If you have not availed of this scheme, apply through this simple process.

Who will get the subsidy of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana(PMY Yojna) ?

  1. 6.5 per cent subsidy under EWS section for people with an annual income of up to Rs 3 lakh
  2. LIG 6.5 per cent subsidy for people with income between Rs 3 lakh and Rs 6 lakh
  3. MIG1 4% credit link subsidy to people with income between 6 to 12 lakh
  4. A person with an income of Rs. 12 to 18 lakhs gets the benefit of MIG2 section and it is a 3% credit link subsidy.

Benefit up to Rs 2.50 lakh

Under this scheme, subsidy is given to the first time home buyer according to different categories. This is a scheme sponsored by the Central Government which was launched on June 25, 2015.

How to Apply PMY Yojna subsidy ?


To avail this scheme first log on to PMAY website https://pmaymis.gov.in/
If you fall into the LIG, MIG, EWS category then click on the other 3 components
Enter the Aadhaar number in the first column here, type your name in the Aadhaar in the second column Then enter your personal details such as name, address, information of family members on the page that opens. Apart from this, click on the box at the bottom where it is written that you certify each of these information. After completing and submitting all the information, you have to enter the captcha code, after which you have to submit the form.
The fee for the application form is Rs. 100 while Rs. 5000 has to be deposited in the bank for registration. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana was launched in the year 2015. The central government's goal is for everyone to have a home by the year 2022. Under this scheme, property owners as well as non-property owners will be able to avail benefits.
